Over the past ten years, PICA scholars have researched a wide range of pressing contemporary issues, including human rights, health care reform and public health programs, education equality, criminal justice and environmental ethics.

By the time he or she graduates, each PICA scholar will have completed a project that integrates research and course work addressing these and other societal challenges.
