Change of Student Information
Address/Phone Number
All changes of address and/or phone number must be made in writing through the Office of Records and Registration. The only exception is a separate billing address. All changes to this billing address must be made directly to the Accounting Office.
Change of Name
A student's name is originally taken from the admissions application and is assumed to be official, accurate and correct. Nicknames are not allowed.
Name changes for currently enrolled students should be directed to the Office of Records and Registration and will be recorded only when there is evidence of a legal name change. Students must provide a copy of a legal document as proof of a name change.
Once a student has graduated from the College, it will not be possible for the Office of Records and Registration to change a name on a student record.
Alumni Name Changes
Please contact the Office of Alumni Relations for changes of name on alumni records.
