International Programs

International Programs

The College maintains a wide selection of approved traditional programs in many countries which are designed to meet the great majority of academic needs. These programs have been attended successfully by Connecticut College students in the past and continue to be recommended by academic departments.

Students who are considering applying for approval for a non-affiliated program must make an appointment with Shirley Parson, Director, at least two weeks before the application deadline. Under exceptional circumstances, students will receive special approval to attend programs with which the College does not have an established relationship. Complete information about the program including the program provider’s grading system, academic offerings, arrangements for housing, and student support services must be presented for review and final approval.

Also available under this program are the Williams College-Mystic Seaport Program in American Maritime Studies and the National Theater Institute.
