| Opened in the year of 1996, the Shanghai Museum was
the result of up-to-dated museum studies and did a fabulous job in
helping museum goers to enjoy and make sense of its exhibits. The
open-ceiling center court created the atmosphere of a grandiose opera
house, while reconstructed artwork samples displayed on many a section's
instructional boards showed the designer's intention of developing
