Reunited with Joanna Yu '07, right, who is then spending her study away semester at the Associated Colleges in China (ACC) program in Beijing, we refuel over a "dumpling meal" before heading for the Houhai Lake located behind the imperial quarter of the city. A dumpling meal consists of 10 baskets of steamed dumplings with 8 different types of fillings, such as beef, pork, seafood, Chinese chives, spinach, etc.
