王老師 demonstrates to us the two different methods of dumpling wrapping that are popular in China. An expert in preparing dumpling meals, both Prof. Wang and Ma divide the dough into even, wrappable-size pieces manually without resorting to knife cutting. The dumplings that they make not only look pretty but stand firmly on the tray
