Oyako Donburi
After having fun at the fish market, we decided to have breakfast of Oyako Donburi, chicken and eggs over rice, and a miso soup. "Oyako" means chicken (parent/s = oya) and eggs (child/ren = ko). "Donburi" means a bowl of rice. We were up early, and were starving by 7 am.
