What did you expect of the course and what have you learned?

I had no idea what the course entailed but I learned much more than I expected.
I expected to learn about the origin of language and its rules. My expectations were surpassed.
I’ve learned quite a bit and have been sharing it with friends.
Excellent range of topics, I enjoyed the discussion atmosphere.
What I learned in this class fulfilled all my expectations, even providing me with an overdose of extra topics.
I reflect on what I’ve learned in linguistics, almost like I’ve been enlightened.

Yes, linguistics relates to everything.
Definitely, it’s really neat and the subjects covered are very interesting.
Yes, because it was enjoyable but I learned a lot.
Yes, because it’s pleasantly challenging.
Yes, because it was interesting to become aware of subconsciously known rules.
I have learned so much… This class is so much fun… Interesting and applicable to life… I love this class!
