Professor Vaclav Cilek, from Prague Charles University, lecturing to students about Budapest history after they had climbed the hill towering over Danube and overlooking the city.

The unique features of SATA Prague Fall 2007:

  • The program director is a native of Prague - you will visit sites you'd never encounter as an American on their own in the city

  • Travel to off-the-beaten-track towns, visit medieval castles and picturesque villages on weekends (View the SATA 2005 blog for an idea.)

  • Speak Czech while traveling and get 2 credits for it.

  • Encounter the beautiful architecture from Romanesque to Art Nouveau on the compact territory of a single city

  • Enjoy a 5-day tour through Central Europe, in addition to a week-long break during the semester

  • Enhance your language study by taking Linguistics 110 in Prague (Area 3 GE requirement)

  • Eat great cheap food

  • Experience the daily life of an up-and-coming European society shaded by its palpable past of Communist totality
Another Saturday in Prague, another hike!
