"Advanced Readings in Feminist Theory with Professor Sharma has enabled me to critically engage in the process of cultivating a deep rooted understanding of self sustainability."
- David Rojas, Class of 2014, Hispanic Studies Major, Double Minor in Sociology and Gender and Women Studies
"This course has definitely exceeded my expectations - from reading works of theory and balancing it with other readings that are more practice-based, you are better able to see how broad ideas are actually put into practice. With challenging papers that require you to self-reflect, it definitely gives you a better sense of how you can personally utilize the readings within this class and in the future."
- Sam Pevear, Class of 2015, Gender and Women’s Major, Sociology Minor
