Cognitive science approaches aspects of human cognition from the perspectives of psychology, computer science, linguistics, philosophy, and neuroscience. There is no cognitive science major.
The Minor in Cognitive Science
The minor consists of Linguistics 110, Computer Science 316, Psychology 307, and at least two courses selected from Biology/Psychology 314, Computer Science 310, Human Development 306, Philosophy 226, Psychology 343, or an appropriate Individual Study or course approved by an adviser in cognitive science.
