Robert C. Harrall Visiting Professor of Government Joined Connecticut College: 2003 Specializations:
Professor Harrall teaches courses in United States government and politics and on topics related to justice systems in the United States. He has thirty eight years of professional experience in the public sector in a variety of agencies. Most recently he served as the Administrator of the Courts for the State of Rhode Island. He has also been active in a number of political campaigns and served on a gubernatorial staff. In 2002 he managed a statewide campaign in a party primary for the gubernatorial nomination.
