Napkin Notes. Students write notes to give the dining staff their feedback and suggestions for new dishes.

Going Global. Virtually every academic discipline has an international dimension, including environmental studies, economics and the arts.

Kids, Books & Athletics. Student athletes work with more than 300 local preschoolers and elementary school children.

Alumni Networking. Co-executive producer of “The Office” Lee Eisenberg ’99 met with students for dinner and talked about how he got his start.

The Greenhouse. Each year, introductory botany students plant and tend a garden plot of their own design in the 3,000-square-foot greenhouse.

Coffee Grounds. This student-run cafe is a favorite spot to chat, study, listen to live music and view student art.

Making Connections. Students capped a multidisciplinary investigation into “Falling and Flying” with a trip to Trapeze School New York.

Small Classes.  Our 9:1 student-faculty ratio allows faculty to engage you deeply in the academic disciplines.

Scholar-athletes. Students study hard and play hard. You’ll find 28 varsity teams and many club and intramural sports.

Hands-on Science. You’ll get first-hand experience with state-of-the art equipment typically found only at large research universities.

The Fitness Center.  The new fitness center has soaring glass walls overlooking the Thames River and features the latest equipment.

Camelympics! Each fall residence hall teams compete with each other. It’s 36 hours of non-stop fun.

MOBROC. This student-run organization provides bands with access to free practice space and a full sound system. Everyone’s welcome.

Sprout! Our student-run organic garden supplies fresh veggies for your dining pleasure.

A cappella. Our six student a cappella groups share their love of music at concerts and events on and off campus.
