Bring a Camel to work

The Office of Alumni Relations invites you to participate in a job shadow program that matches current students with alumni working in their fields of interest. Participants are asked to host a student for a full or half day during the College's winter break, Dec. 16, 2014-Jan. 17, 2015.

If you are interested, contact Geoff Taylor at gtaylor1@conncoll.edu.

Save the date for Fall Weekend 2014

Fall Weekend, the College's annual gathering of families, students and alumni, is scheduled for Oct. 10-12. During your visit, plan to enjoy a jam-packed schedule of programs and events — attend a class, enjoy an all-campus picnic on Tempel Green, shop for Camel gear at Harvestfest and cheer on the home team in athletic competitions across campus.

Visit the Fall Weekend website for more information, including a schedule of events, registration and accommodations.

Alumni entrepreneurs to share tips and advice with students

Alumni with entrepreneurship experience will return to campus on Sunday, Oct. 26, as a part of the College's Sundays with Alumni program, which allows students to gain relevant knowledge in specific career fields and network with alumni.

The program, "Getting Started: The Road to Entrepreneurship," will feature Erik Rapprich '05, Michael Hughes '02 and Lizzie Pollock '04.

If you are interested in participating in a future Sundays with Alumni program, contact Beth Poole at beth.poole@conncoll.edu.
