Letter from the Reunion Planning Committee
December 2007
Connecticut College is among the finest liberal arts colleges in the nation. Under the new leadership of President Lee Higdon, our College gained momentum in 2006-07 - and there's more good news to come in the year ahead. Here are just a few of our recent achievements:
President Higdon has said that a liberal arts education is the best preparation for a life of meaning and consequence. I also encourage you to go to www.connecticutcollege.edu to see more about the achievements of our fellow alumni. We are engaged in the world, and making a real difference in our professions and communities. Today's students look to us for support and inspiration.
Mark your calendar and come back to campus for our 25th Reunion next May 30-June 1. Our class Reunion Committee has already started working on plans for the weekend. If you have any ideas or would like to help, just let me know.
Please stay connected and involved, and spread the good news about Connecticut College. I ask you, also, to please join me in supporting Connecticut College with a celebratory gift in honor of our 25th Reunion. Our commitment makes it possible for the College to provide the kind of education that transforms students, and through them, changes the world.
Sincerely,
Dan Wistman '83
Class Agent Chair
