Sundays with Alumni

The Sundays with Alumni program allows students to gain relevant knowledge in specific career fields as well as network with alumni from various industries.  The program highlights Connecticut College’s liberal arts education and increases the profile and accessibility of successful alumni to current students.

The Office of Alumni Relations is sponsoring four panels during the 2013-2014 academic year – each discussion will feature alumni from a different industry.

The 2013-2014 topics include:

  • 9/22/2013 - 'Plugged In: Leveraging a Liberal Arts Degree for an eCareer'

  • 11/3/2013 - 'A Safe State: Careers in National & Global Security"

  • 3/30/2014 - 'Beyond the Playing Field: the Business of Sports'*
    * This event has been postponed until Fall 2014

  • 4/13/2014 - 'It's in the Details: Secrets of a Career in Event Management'
Three alumni will be on campus to share their experiences with planning major events for a variety of industries including entertainment, corporate and non-profits.
