An employee scheduled to work a minimum of 1000 hours per year may participate in the TIAA-CREF Supplemental Retirement Annuity Plan (SRA). This plan is designed for persons who wish to tax defer additional retirement contributions. Employee contributions are based on a percentage of annual base earnings. Upon request, TIAA-CREF representatives will assist you in determining your maximum individual contributions. No College contribution is made to a Supplemental Retirement Annuity account.
