The Affirmative Action Officer works to uphold opportunities for all members of the college community and each applicant for employment regardless of race, religion, age, national origin, sexual preference, sex, handicap, or status as a disabled or Vietnam era veteran. The Affirmative Action Officer is directly responsible for communicating, implementing, monitoring and evaluating the College's Affirmative Action Plan and serves as an ombudsperson. The Affirmative Action Officer reports to the President and the Dean of the Faculty and is located in Fanning Hall.
