The College reserves the right to transfer an employee to another shift as the needs of the department warrant. All changes will be reviewed by the department head and the Director of Human Resources. An employee being transferred will be given two weeks written notice. The decision to transfer an employee from one shift to another will be based on seniority, availability and the needs of the department. In the event of a conflict, the needs of the department will take precedence. Shift supervisors are assigned to a shift at the discretion of the Director.
