The Student Counseling Services assists students experiencing emotional upset. We provide care in a safe and non-judgmental atmosphere at no cost to the student.

Our mission at the Student Counseling Services is to promote the emotional and psychological growth and well being of the student community, to enhance each individual's ability to learn and to create, and participate in the activities at Connecticut College to his/her fullest extent.

We provide the following services:

  • Evaluation
  • Individual and Group Counseling
  • Psychopharmacological Evaluation and Medication Management
  • Crisis Intervention Services
  • Outreach and Consultation to the College Community
  • Psycho-Educational Forums
  • Referral to Off-Campus Clinicians for Specialized and/or Intensive Treatment
