Key Policy

To the Campus Community:

Keys will no longer be accepted for return at the gatehouse. Keys can be deposited in the campus mail slot at the campus post office in Cro at any time. There will be a supply of envelopes there.

People turning in keys must record their name, building and room number on the envelope, place the key in the envelope, seal it and deposit in the campus mail slot. Campus community members failing to turn in keys when required are still subject to a $25.00 charge.

This change will help to make it easier for community members to turn in their keys and relieve congestion at the gatehouse.
