Biographical Sketch

Megan Higgins serves as a Coastal Policy Analyst overseeing habitat restoration activities at the R.I. Coastal Resources Management Council, Rhode Island’s coastal zone agency. Megan joined the Policy Division of CRMC in May 2002. She holds an M.A. in Marine Affairs from the University of Rhode Island and a J.D. from Roger Williams University School of Law.
