Welcome to the Saving Biological Diversity Website. Over 350 individuals from around the country participated in this stimulating, multidisciplinary conference at Connecticut College. Goodwin-Niering Center faculty and staff decided early in the planning process to create a video record of the presentations and find a way to share them with a larger audience. This website is the result of that effort.

We have created movies that include each speaker and their visual aids, often PowerPoint presentations. Links to the movies are on each presenter's web page which also includes biographical information, and a summary of the presentation (written prior to the conference). Written summaries of the talks by the presenters and/or Goodwin-Niering Center students and other information will be added as they become available. Many thanks to Beto Zuniga for the audio-video production and website creation.
