If you are experiencing problems watching the streaming version of the videos, the best solution is to update your browser and use the latest version of QuickTime. Firefox works the best in either platform. If you are experiencing problems downloading the smaller video try:

Internet Explorer
Control Click Download Icon.
Select "Save Target As..."
Save to desired location.
Open with video player or add to library in iTunes to add to video iPod.

Firefox
Control Click Download Icon.
Select "Save Link As..."
Save to desired location.
Open with video player or add to library in iTunes to add to video iPod.

Mac Browsers

Safari
Control Click Download Icon.
Select "Download Linked File".
Save to desired location.
During download Safari might add a .txt extension.
After downloading remove .txt extension and keep .mp4 extension.
Open with quicktime player or add to library in iTunes to add to video iPod.

Firefox
Control Click Download Icon.
Select "Save Link As..."
Save to desired location.
Open with quicktime player or add to library in iTunes to add to video iPod.
