Antonio Jefferson Appointed Director in 2013, Antonio Jefferson joined Unity House Multicultural Center at Connecticut College with a great deal of experience for supporting and embracing students of color at the higher education level. Prior to joining the Unity House staff, he was the coordinator of student activities at Johnson and Wales University in, Miami, Fla. Antonio received his bachelor's degree in communications from Eastern Connecticut State University. Using his experiences and on-campus involvement as an undergraduate student, he went on to pursue graduate school, where he received his master's degree from Florida International University (Miami, Fla.) in Higher Education Administration (Student Affairs). |

Melanie Pagan Originally from Chicago, Ill., Melanie Pagan joins Unity House after two years in New York City. Prior to Connecticut College, she worked in higher education administration as a Residential Life Coordinator at Columbia University. She earned her bachelor's degree in art history and sociology from Bradley University in Peoria, Ill. Melanie was very active on campus as an undergraduate student. Dedicated to serving historically underrepresented groups, she worked as an student admissions representative, a resident adviser and as president of the Latin American student group. |

Dulmarie Irizarry Dulmarie Irizarry was born and raised in Bayamon, Puerto Rico , and while there earned her associate degree in secretarial sciences from Emory College. Prior to working for Connecticut College, she worked at the Regional Multicultural Magnet School and The Friendship School as a Translator/Interpreter/Secretary. Dulmarie plans to pursue her bachelor's degree in the near future. |
