Note: Accessing Gmail through the Internet browser is the easiest and most effective way of managing email. It is not recommended that you use Outlook, Entourage or MacMail.

Email Services Usage and Limitations

Students, faculty and staff:

• Do not exchange copyrighted materials via email
• Attachments are limited to 25 MB per email
• Accounts include Google Docs and Google Calendar functionality

Alumni:

• Same as students, faculty listed above
• Alumni are allowed to retain and use email accounts indefinitely
