Important Facts about your Telephone PIN code

The Telephone PIN code is given to each student by STC Services, the billing company that handles the Connecticut College accounts.

Your PIN code will last for as long as you are a student here.

Each student phone is restricted to local calling and the PIN code must be used to complete long distance calls.

It is important to protect your PIN code as it is assigned to a student and any calls made using that code, no matter what restricted phone the call was placed from, will be billed to the student of record. If you find someone has been using your PIN code, call:

or contact Judy Schofield jdsch@conncoll.edu and you will be given a new PIN code.
