Student Storage Space

Starting in September 2004 students are allowed 50Mb of shared disk space. They can use this disk space for file storage and to create their own web pages.

Disk Space usage Policy

Note that this storage area will NOT be backed up by Information Services and thus we can take NO RESPONSIBILITY for lost data. You should maintain your own backup for important documents on floppy disk, zip disk, CD ROMs or USB flash memory.

How to use:

There are two methods to access your disk space. The easy way to access it is to use the VPNSSL server. For instructions on using it Click Here. If you have trouble or require faster access(better throughput performance) to your stored materials use the instructions below.

  • PC Access (library)

When you log on to a PC in the library, You will see an icon on the Desktop for myDocuments.

  • Mac Access (library/residence halls)
