Go to the Start Button and select Control Panels. From the Control Panels folder, double click on the Mail icon. Click on the Add button. Note: If the following window does not show up please contact the help desk for assistance. |

Enter your full name and click Next. |

Enter your username and click Next. |

Select POP as the server type. Enter hemlock.conncoll.edu for the incoming server, and cypress.conncoll.edu as the Outgoing mail(SMTP) server. Please note that if you are configuring this at home you will need to use your ISP's outgoing mail server. Click Next. |

Enter your username and enter your password. You may save the password if you choose to by checking the Remember me box. Click Next and then click Finish. | |
