Abstracts
The deadline for submitting abstracts to appear in the program is Friday April 10, 2009.
All abstracts received by the deadline will appear in the symposium program.
Please submit your abstract via email to Stanton Ching. Send your abstract as a Microsoft Word document in the same format as this sample abstract. The abstract itself should be no more than 150 words.
Posters
Posters should be no larger than 4x3'. Make sure that your name is somewhere on the poster.
Presentations
Presentations will be no more than 20 minutes. Presenters should plan to speak for a maximum of 15 minutes to allow time for questions. Rooms are equipped with LCD projectors, screens, and computers. Presenters must bring their PowerPoint presentation on a USB drive (make sure your name is on it). We will collect presentations during registration and then load the presentations onto the computers in each room to facilitate the transition between speakers.
