Computer science students engage in a wide variety of activities outside the classroom.

  • Attend conferences to present research
  • Participate in workshops on animation
  • Attend conferences to find out about careers and to network
  • Enter programming contests
  • Advise the faculty on curriculum as a member of the Student Advisory Board
  • Sponsor retreats, dinners, and informal gatherings
  • Serve as teaching assistants for introductory courses
  • Attend colloquia on computer science
  • Enroll in joint courses at Weslyan University and Trinity College
