The faculty in computer science are dedicated teachers and scholars who believe in the importance of involving students in research.

We also are pleased to welcome our second Mellon Post-Doctoral Fellow,  Martin, who will be here for two years through a grant to Connecticut College, Trinity College and Wesleyan University from the Mellon Foundation. Martin's research interests are in artificial intelligence.  He will be teaching courses and directing student research at all three institutions. 

Continuing our collaboration with Trinity College and Wesleyan University, Professor Danner from Wesleyan University is co-teaching a course on HFOSS, humanitarian free and open source software, in a joint project at all three institutions. In a joint course exchange with Wesleyan University, Professor Krizanc is teaching a course on algorithms at Connecticut College and Professor Parker is teaching a course at Wesleyan University on robotics.
