The Equus Projects, will present a work for the great lawn on the Connecticut College Campus. The 15 minute work, designed specifically for this location, will feature four ridden horses and their equestrians, seven dancers and one rider-less horse. The Equus Projects is a performance company that partners dancers with horses. Since 1999, Artistic Director JoAnna Mendl Shaw and her company of powerhouse dancers - all trained to work with horses - have performed and taught at arts and equestrian venues throughout the country.
