Diversity Demographics
Every other year colleges and universities file a report called the Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System (IPEDS) Human Resources Survey that cites the numbers of faculty and staff employed at the college; the data is categorized by race and sex. Student demographic data is reported to IPEDS each year. The College always uses these data when asked about the demographics of faculty, staff and students to ensure reporting consistency.
The following numbers are drawn from the College's Fall 2006 IPEDS report on students and the 2005-2006 IPEDS report on faculty and staff employees, which is the most recent. We will update this page in November, 2007 after the next report is filed.
