In case of bad weather, a decision to implement the rain plan will be made before 7 a.m. on Saturday. Call the weather hotline at (860) 439-5000 after 7 a.m. for detailed instructions, including specific assembly locations in Cummings Arts Center.
* Under the rain plan, the Chapel Green will not be available for parking. Instead, parking will be reserved in front of Palmer Auditorium and in the south lot next to the Williams School. As you approach Palmer Auditorium, please indicate to campus safety officers or alumni ambassadors that you are part of the procession, and they will guide you to parking.
Also in case of rain, robing and assembly will be moved to Cummings Arts Center and the procession will take place under cover from Cummings Arts Center to Palmer Auditorium. The Friday and Saturday panels will remain in Ernst Common Room.
