Science in Context

 Provides contextual information on hundreds of today's most significant science topics.  Includes full-text magazines, academic journals, news articles, experiments, images, videos, audio files and links to vetted websites.

Science Reference Center

Contains full text for hundreds of science encyclopedias, reference books, periodicals and other sources.

SciFinder Scholar

Access single- and multi-step reactions, experimental and predicted properties, and substance information from the CAS REGISTRY. Access is restricted to CC faculty, staff, and students; all users must register for access. Please see Melodie Hamilton in the Library.

Scopus is the largest abstract and citation database of research literature and quality web sources. It´s designed to find the information scientists need. Updated daily, Scopus offers: 15,000 peer-reviewed journals from more than 4,000 publishers, over 1000 Open Access journals, 500 conference proceedings, 33 million abstracts and seamless links to full-text articles and other library resources.

Web of Science (ISI)

Authoritative, multidisciplinary content covers over 10,000 of the highest impact journals worldwide, including Open Access journals and over 110,000 conference proceedings. You'll find current and retrospective coverage in the sciences, social sciences, arts, and humanities, with coverage available from 1975 to the present.
