Requesting CTW Journals

1. Go into the full record of the journal from which your article appears according to your citation.

   (This is done by choosing the item under "Periodical Title" in the CTW Library Catalog. Choose the item that is not on loan if possible. Also, please make sure that the periodical isn’t in our stacks, i.e., location:cc-shain.)

2. Click on the "Request" button.
3. Double click on the line-- "CTW journal article request".
4. Fill in the following information.

   Campus Address: Box # or ext./phone if you want to come in.

   Article Title:

   Article Author:

   Volume:

   Issue:

   Date: Year and month if available

   Pages:

   Additional info:

   Not Needed After: Date after which you can not use.

   User ID ==>(Barcode of ID) or Alt ID ==>(SSN)

5. Click on "GO" to send request.
