College Iconography
The images that represent Connecticut College - the seal, the typography of the wordmark that carries the College name, and even the mascots - convey important messages about the College.
This spring the College seeks to strengthen its visual identity with the addition of a new logo to complement the formal seal, a more distinctive wordmark, and a new athletic Camel with a bit of an attitude.
This exhibition portrays items from the Archives that show a variety of the College's self-portraits over the its history, documenting how our identity has grown and evolved.
