Dear Connecticut College Alumni:
A busy semester is drawing to a close. View photos of fall events and look below for campus news.
- Going hungry. 1,115 CC students gave up their campus dinners Nov. 18 and, with help from staff and faculty, raised $3,750 for two charities that fight hunger.
- Acting up. Screenwriter Kevin Wade '76 provided his take on the film industry during a visit to campus.
- Fall sports. From soccer to sailing, it was an eventful season.
- Alumna tapped. Agnes Gund '60 has been appointed to the WTC Memorial Foundation.
- Weekend getaway. Mary Harkness — or rather her portrait — slipped over to the chapel for an observance of her 100th wedding anniversary.
- A fairer grade? A new method of ranking colleges puts CC above many of its peers.
