The men's ice hockey team secured a berth in the NESCAC championship for the first time in the history of the program, the swim teams had their best finish ever and synchronized skating ended its first full competitive season with a third-place finish. Bernice Wheeler ’37, who taught zoology from 1947-80, and Eleanor Geisheimer ’39, a longtime librarian, have passed away. Professor Harold Juli will be remembered during a campus memorial service at 1 p.m. on Sunday, April 22 at Harkness Chapel. The math department has established the Walter F. Brady Prize in Statistics to honor Professor Walter Brady, who died in January. The prize will be awarded each year to the best student in statistics, Brady's specialty.
