Matzinger Leads Camels with Seven Goals in Early Season

NEW LONDON, Conn.--The Connecticut College men´s water polo team (0-4) season is underway. Senior tri-captain Connor Matzinger (Rancho Santa Fe, Calif.) leads the club with seven scores in the early season. Sophomore tri-captain James Green (Bay Head, N.J.) has tallied four scores for the Camels. Ryan Pelham (Stonington, Conn.) has contributed three goals. Rookie net-minder Clayton Witter (New York, N.Y.) has recorded 46 saves for Connecticut College. The Camels have dropped a pair of matches to the Fordham Rams and have also lost matches to George Washington and Harvard University. The Camels will visit Harvard University Thursday, October 8 for an 8:00 p.m. Northern Division match. The Crimson defeated the Camels 15-5 back on September 20 in Princeton, N.J.
