Kulameth Phromratanapongse '14 Scored a Pair of Goals for the Camels this Weekend
NEW LONDON, Conn.--The Connecticut College men´s water polo team visited Fordham for a pair of matches this weekend. The Camels (0-5) dropped a 19-5 decision to the Gaels of Iona College and were upended in a 24-6 loss to Fordham. The Camels did receive some strong individual offensive contributions in the weekend´s action. Sophomore Sam Burns (Albuquerque, N.M.), Brian Barasha (Spotsylvania, Pa.) and Kulameth Phromratanapongse (Bangkok, Thailand) netted two goals each over the weekend. Jason Robb (Winnetka, Ill.), Sam Mitchell (Rancho Palos Verdes, Calif.), Conor O´Brien (Dennis, Mass.), Ryan Pelham (Stonington, Conn.), and Nick Sizer (Simsbury, Conn.) chipped in with scores for the Camels. Sophomore net-minder Clayton Witter (Douglassville, Pa.) had 14 saves and three steals in the two matches.
