IRA rollover provision is extended through Jan. 31
Congress has extended until Jan. 31, 2011, legislation that lets you use an IRA rollover to make a gift in the 2010 tax year. You can make a 2011 tax-year gift through Dec. 31, 2011. Depending on your financial situation and age, this can be a great way to support the College.
