Connecticut College 0, Trinity College 0 Signor Steps Up with Six Saves Off Bench for Camels

NEW LONDON, Conn.-First year keeper Natalie Signor (Glastonbury, Conn.) stepped off the bench to make six saves and lead the Connecticut College Camels to their first NESCAC point in a scoreless draw against Trinity College Saturday. The Bantams remain undefeated at 3-0-2 with a 1-0-2 mark in league play while the Camels improve to a 0-3-1 and are 0-2-1 in the NESCAC. Signor made a diving stab with 24 seconds left in the first overtime, denying Heather Lynne (Wethersfield, Conn.) with the stop that preserved the tie. Junior Amy Lowitt (Baltimore, Md.) made three saves in 52 minutes of action as the Camels' starting keeper. Lily Pepper (Princeton Jct., N.J.) stopped three Connecticut College shots to earn the shutout for the Bantams. Rebecca Parente (Orange, Conn.) led the Camels with three shots, while Trinity senior Leigh Howard (Bethany, Conn.) posted a team-best seven shots for the Bantams
