The Camels Are Heading West to Compete in the Claremont Convergence This Weekend
The Connecticut College men's water polo team is hitting the West Coast for an action packed weekend of water polo. The Camels will be heading to the Inland Empire of California competing in the Claremont Convergence this weekend. The Camels are 1-4 in varsity matches this fall. Senior Sam Mitchell leads the club with seven goals scored. Sophomore net-minder Clayton Witter has registered 35 saves in five starts in goal. Nick Sizer, Brian Barasha, Ryan Pelham and Rob Spencer have all contributed with three goals for Connecticut College. The Camels earned a 10-9 victory against Washington & Jefferson back on Sept. 17. Connecticut College will host Brown University Oct. 19 for a 7:30 p.m. match in Lott Natatorium.
