Connecticut College 2, ECSU 0 Bilodeau, Parente Score Goals for Improving Camels

MANSFIELD, Conn. -- First year forward Grace Bilodeau (Harvard, Mass.) scored her team-leading fifth goal in the 67th minute of action and Rebecca Parente (Orange, Conn.) converted on a penalty kick in the 82nd minute to the lead the Connecticut College Camels to a 2-0 victory at Eastern Connecticut State University Wednesday night. Rookie net-minder Natalie Signor (Hamden, Conn.) made four saves to earn the victory. Mackenzie MacLeod (Northfield, Conn.) made six saves in the loss for the Warriors. Connecticut College improves to 3-4-1 and is 3-1-1 over the past five games. The Warriors are fall to 6-5-1 with the loss. The Camels out-shot the host 12-to-10 in the victory and held a 4-to-3 advantage on corner kicks. Connecticut College will visit Tufts University Saturday for a noon-time NESCAC showdown in Medford, Mass.
