Terlizzi Tallies 23 Digs in Two NESCAC Matches for Camels

MEDFORD, Mass.--The Connecticut College volleyball team played two NESCAC matches at Tufts University this weekend. The Camels dropped 3-0 decisions to Middlebury and Amherst. The game scores against Middlebury were 26-24, 25-14. The Lord Jeffs of Amherst downed the Camels 25-20, 25-22 and 25-23. The Camels are 12-6 with a 4-3 mark in league action. Junior Rachel Schroff (Palos Verdes, Calif.) registered 17 kills, 17 digs, six assists and four aces in the six games. Bianca Smith (San Jose, Calif.) chipped in with 12 kills and 11 digs for the Camels. Junior setter Katie Ketcham (San Francisco, Calif.) dished out 50 assists to go with 13 digs. Senior libero Ally Terlizzi (Mount Kisco, N.Y.) accounted for 23 digs. The Camels will visit Trinity College this Friday night for a 6:00 p.m. NESCAC match in Hartford, Conn. -CC-
