Songs of the season, a cappella style

12/14/2011

In the spirit of the season, the a cappella groups on campus will join together in Harkness Chapel for a rousing holiday concert on Thursday, Dec. 15, at 7 p.m. Co Co Beaux, the ConnArtists, the ConnChords, Miss Connduct, the Shwiffs, Vox Cameli and Williams Street Mix will perform classics like "I'll Be Home for Christmas" and "The Twelve Days of Christmas" as well as contemporary hits like "Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays."

"It's a great opportunity for the community to hear each of the groups, for students to have a study break during finals, and for everyone to get in the holiday spirit," said Whitney King '12, a member of the Shwiffs.

The concert is free and open to the public.
