Jacobson Tallies Two Goals & Three Assists in Loss to Brown

NEW LONDON, Conn.--The Connecticut College women's water polo dropped a 14-9 decision to Brown University in a match played at Lott Natatorium Wednesday. The Bears improve their record to 17-13 with their second straight win, while the Camels slip to 4-7 with the setback. Kate Jacobson (Collegeville, Pa.) had two goals and three assists to lead the Camels in the setback. Senior Emily Hunter (Cheshire, Conn.) chipped in with two goals and three steals. Nicky Jasbon (Greenacres, Fla.), the reigning Division III Rookie of the Week, added a goal and two steals in the loss for the Camels. Megan Wright (Manhattan Beach, Calif.) and Maia Taft (Lexington, Mass.) both contributed with a goal and two steals. Lily Polatchek (Middleboro, Mass.) and Kristin Lampley (Reading, Pa.) chipped in with goals for the Camels. Junior Pam Lovejoy (Guilford, Conn.) made six saves in the cage.
