Fordham University 12, Connecticut College 6 Heros Nets Four Goals in Setback for Camels

BRONX, N.Y.--Carlos Heros (Key Biscayne, Fla.) netted four goals but it was not quite enough as Connecticut College dropped a 12-6 decision to Fordham University in a Northern Division contest played in the Bronx Saturday. The Camels slip to 1-7 with the setback, while the Rams improve their record to 2-12. Carlos Heros (Key Biscayne, Fla.) netted four goals, three of them coming in extra man situations, to lead the visitors. Nick DiLeo (Coopersburg, Pa.) and Sam Burns (Albuquerque, N.M.) chipped in with scores for the Camels. Sam Buchman (Northfield, Ill.) made nine saves in the cage for Connecticut College. Fordham University senior Alex Judge (Croton-on-Hudson, N.Y.), Nicholas Allen (Norwalk, Conn.) and rookie driver Andrew Gonzalez (Glendale, Calif.) all finished with three goals on the stat sheet for the winning side. Sophomore net-minder Noah LeBeau (Long Beach, Calif.) stopped seven shots en route to the victory for the Rams.
